Деревообрабатывающее производство «Стаблес» стал участником национального проекта «Производительность труда» в 2022 году.
В рамках данного национального проекта, специалисты регионального центра компетенций провели обучение сотрудников нашей компании.
Обучение сотрудников «Стаблес» проводилось по следующим направлениям:
Для дальнейшего самостоятельного повышения уровня знаний сотрудники нашей компании получили доступ к материалам Академии производительности.
С целью получения знаний инструментов и методик бережливого производства сотрудники Регионального центра компетенции (РЦК) провели тренинги на «Фабрике процессов» 15 специалистов компании «Стаблес» и еще в течении 3-х лет наша компания будет продолжать участвовать в данном обучении, что поможет нам построить эффективный производственный процесс и непрерывно улучшать его.
Двое сотрудников «Стаблес» прошли обучение с последующей сертификацией в Федеральном центре компетенции в сфере производительности труда на внутренних инструкторов (тренеров) по следующим направлениям:
Полученные знания нашими сертифицированными инструкторами позволят в дальнейшем проводить процесс обучения всех сотрудников промышленно- производственной компании инструментам бережливого производства.
С целью внедрения инструментов бережливого производства и повышения производительности труда, снижения себестоимости, устранения потерь, обеспечения безопасности персонала был выбран процесс изготовления шпона лущеного 1,5 мм. Данный пилотный поток позволил команде проекта внедрять полученные знания в реальный производственный процесс изготовления продукции.
При помощи инструментов бережливого производства команда проекта совместно со специалистами РЦК провела картирование процесса производства, выявила проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются сотрудники компании (производственный и инженерно-технический персонал). В результате разработан план мероприятий, направленный на устранение выявленных проблем. Была проведена встреча по результатам совместной 3-х месячной работы, на которой присутствовали также представители других организаций, ставших участниками национального проекта «Производительность труда». Наша команда проекта провела презентацию промежуточной работы, рассказала о возникших проблемах и решениях, а также о планах на повышение производительности труда. Проведены экскурсия по производству и продемонстрированы результаты проделанной работы.
На данный момент предприятие «Стаблес» активно продолжает использовать инструменты бережливого производства во всех сферах своей деятельности, что позволило достичь ощутимого экономического эффекта.
